B.E.S.T.

In 2008, Steve Baudo unveiled the B.E.S.T. (Baudo Endowment to Support our Town) Home Program.

Through this program, various charitable organizations were selected and were assigned a "sponsor" home.

As each sponsor home sold, an amount equal to $1.00 per heated square foot of that home was donated to the organization to which that home was assigned.

In 2008, Baudo & Associates Home Builders, Inc. contributed over $50,000 to various charitable groups and organizations in our community.
